Shipping methods

For the Netherlands we offer the following options:

PostNL Parcel
This is a PostNL parcel with Track & Trace, allowing you to choose either fast delivery or delivery on a specific day/date.

Collection at PostNL location 
If you are not at home on the delivery day, you can choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL service point. Based on the postcode you enter, PostNL collection locations near you will be shown. This may be a shop, but also a PostNL parcel locker near you (if available). 

PostNL mailbox parcel with track & trace
This is a mailbox parcel with track & trace that is delivered by the postal carrier. The delivery date is shown with a time window between 8:00 and 20:00.

PostNL standard mail WITHOUT track & trace
This is the cheapest shipping option and is sent in an envelope or mailbox parcel as standard mail without track & trace. These shipments are handed over to PostNL as 24-hour mail, but in practice they are often in transit for an extra day. 

Collection at Otronic
On working days you can collect your order from Otronic in Bennebroek (near Heemstede / Hoofddorp). As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an e-mail stating that your order is ready for collection.

For Belgium we offer the following options:

PostNL parcel with Track & Trace
Your parcel will be delivered directly to you by PostNL. If you are not at home, your parcel will be taken to the nearest PostNL service point so that you can collect it later. These are usually delivered within 24 hours on working days.

Mailbox parcel with Track & Trace
This is a mailbox parcel with track & trace that is delivered by the postal carrier of bpost. These are usually in transit for 2 to 3 days.

Bpost standard mail WITHOUT Track & Trace
This is the cheapest shipping option and is sent in an envelope or mailbox parcel as standard mail without track & trace. These shipments are delivered by the postal carrier of bpost and are usually in transit for 3 to 5 days.

Returning your order
