Returns and right of withdrawal

30-day cooling-off period

At Otronic, you always have a 30-day cooling-off period. You may return your order within 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product.

How to return

1. Notify us of your return via support@otronic.nl. Please state your order number and the products you wish to return. You may also use the model form below.
2. We will let you know how best to send the product back.
3. Return the product to us within 14 days after you have notified us of the return.

Conditions

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store. Return the product complete, with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may charge for any diminution in value. Products that are custom-made or whose seal has been broken for hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Costs and refund

The costs of returning the product are at your expense. We will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days after your notification, once we have received the product or you can prove that you have returned it. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay.

Warranty and defects

All our products come with a 1-year no-nonsense warranty. Is a product defective or is something wrong with your order? Please contact support@otronic.nl, and we will resolve it quickly for you.
