30 days to consider your purchase

At Otronic, you always have 30 days to consider your purchase. Within that period, you can return your order without giving a reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive the product.

How to return your order

1. Register your return using the button below. Find your order with your order number and your e-mail address or postal code. If you’re logged in, your orders will already be there.
2. Choose which items you want to send back and why.
3. You’ll immediately get the instructions on screen and by e-mail, and if needed the return label to print.
4. Send the product back to us within 14 days after your registration.

Return items

How do you send it back?

• You have a 30-day cooling-off period: within that time you can return your order without giving a reason.
• Letterbox parcel received in the Netherlands: free return. Use the original packaging, cross out your own address, write RETOUR AFZENDER on it in capital letters and put it in an orange PostNL postbox.
• Parcel received in the Netherlands: free return label, which you download right after registering.
• Letterbox parcel received in Belgium: free return. Use the original packaging, cross out your own address, write RETOUR AFZENDER on it in capital letters and put it in a red bpost postbox.
• Parcel received outside the Netherlands: when registering you can buy a return label; you see the price in advance. You may also send the parcel back yourself at your own cost.
• Ordered via bol? Register your return in your bol account (My orders → Return).
• As soon as your return arrives, we will refund you.

Conditions

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store. Return the product complete, with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may charge for any reduction in value. Products that are custom-made or whose seal has been broken for hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days after your notification, once we have received the product or you can prove that you returned it. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay. The costs of returning the product are only for your account if you send the parcel yourself or buy a return label, as described above.

Warranty and defects

All our products come with a 1-year no-nonsense warranty. Is a product defective or is there something wrong with your order? Then contact us at support@otronic.nl, and we’ll solve it quickly for you.
