This analog TDS sensor module is an Arduino-compatible TDS sensor / Sensor kit for measuring the TDS value of water based on conductivity.
Suitable for 5.5V or 3.3V
This module is suitable for Arduino controllers, plug-and-play, and easy to use. Water quality is measured based on the TDS value.
TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) indicates how many milligrams of soluble solids are dissolved in one liter of water. In general: the higher the TDS value, the more soluble solids are present in the water and the less clean the water is. Therefore, the TDS value can be used as a variable to assess the purity of water.
This TDS value is determined by measuring the total amount of various organic or inorganic substances dissolved in water, in units of ppm or milligrams per liter (mg/l).
The electrode measures the conductivity of, for example, suspended solids/solids in suspension, heavy metals, and conductive ions in water.
The module comes with four fixed holes of 3.2 mm, making it easy to mount on other devices. The TDS probe is waterproof and can be submerged in water for long-term measurements.
