Soil moisture sensor with voltage regulator (OT2019-D69)

Ideal for measuring the moisture of the soil in flower pots or in the garden, this soil moisture sensor. Moisture content too low Switch the relay that turns on the garden sprinklers with, for example, an Arduino or ESP8266.
This capacitive soil moisture sensor distinguishes itself from most resistive sensors on the market because it is not sensitive to corrosion (rust). This is the properly working version with voltage regulator (662K) and the correct chip (TL555I) and works on both 3.3V ESP32 or ESP8266 but also on a 5V Arduino.
