The Velleman VTSS4N soldering station offers excellent value for money and is perfect for various soldering tasks. The station is equipped with an adjustable 1.5 mm soldering tip and an ergonomic rubber grip for optimum comfort. NOTE: For optimal operation and to prevent the tin from melting, start with the lowest temperature when using the station for the first time. Leave the soldering station at this temperature for ± 4 minutes. Then increase the temperature by ± 50 °C and let it sit for ± 1.5 minutes. Repeat this until you have reached the desired temperature (usually around 350 °C). Check in between if the solder is melting on the soldering tip for better tinning and a finer soldering experience.
