2.2 inch TFT 320x240 SPI ILI9341

A 2.2 inch TFT display with 240*320 (RGB) pixels with ILI9341 LCD driver.

Voltage (power and signal): 3.3V
Dimensions: 67 x 40 x 7mm (excluding soldered pin headers)
Works with SPI
With built-in SD card reader (connect separately to SD card pins)
Possibility to solder SPI flash chip (only 3.3V) at U3
Driver: ILI9341 (or compatible)
Pin description for SD card and SPI flash pins:

SD_CS: Chip select signal (for SD card)
SD_MOSI: SPI MOSI signal (for SD card and SPI flash chip)
SD_MISO: SPI MISO signal (for SD card and SPI flash chip)
SD_SCK: Clock signal (for SD card and SPI flash chip)
F_CS: Chip select signal (for SPI flash chip)
Note: The SPI pins for the display and the SD card/SPI flash chip operate at 3.3V. So use a level converter if necessary.

The display can be used with Arduino in combination with the Adafruit ILI9341 library. (The Adafruit GFX Library is required for this)
This library can be downloaded in the Arduino IDE.
