MOSFET 3V-24V electronic switch F5305S

The F5305S MOSFET electronic switch DC control board is based on the FET model of the new original F5305S. We can input a PWM signal for motor control, speed, light intensity, etc., but it is also ideal for functioning as a super-fast relay.

The advantage of this module compared to a relay is that it contains no mechanical parts, making frequent switching possible. In addition, this switch is completely silent and therefore does not make a click like a traditional relay.

In this FET module, the input and output are completely isolated from each other by means of a pc817c optocoupler.

Signal trigger terminal: 3V-24V
Can be connected to the IO port of the microcontroller, PLC interface, DC power supply, etc. or directly to a signal voltage from 3V up to max 24V.

The output can control powerful equipment, motors, incandescent lamps, LED strips, DC motors, micropumps, solenoid valves, etc.

Switching voltage:
5V to 36V DC

Switching power:
Continuous 25W / Max 100W with heatsink (above 25W)
