MOSFET Module High Power 5-20V 10A - 4 Channels

This MOSFET module based on the IRF540 MOSFET makes it possible to control 4 different high-power devices.

The LED on the module indicates which MOSFET is switched on. This board is especially useful for controlling a large LED strip or a motor (in one direction) using PWM.

Input voltage: 5 - 20V *
Maximum current: ~10A (with heatsink up to 33A peak possible)
Can be controlled with 3.3V and 5V signals (5V recommended)
Has four 3mm holes for mounting
Dimensions: 66 x 66mm
* Note: At voltages of 5-10V, the resistance in the MOSFET will be higher, resulting in a lower maximum current and higher heat dissipation. Additional cooling may then be required.

- : GND/ground/minus from Arduino
+: VCC from Arduino (does not need to be connected)
S: Signal pin from the Arduino

Power +: VPP Input voltage MOSFET (5 - 20V)
Power -: GND/ground/minus of input voltage
+: Positive voltage for the component to be switched
-: Negative voltage for the component to be switched
